Brian Brooks represents plaintiffs and class members in various antitrust class actions.
Prior to joining Smith Segura & Raphael, LLP in 2010, Brian practiced at a New York law firm where he represented plaintiffs in complex class actions involving violations of securities law, consumer protection law, and employment law.
He received his B.A. from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 1998, and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and Louisiana, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
